Account Security Tips
Use a strong password
Choose a password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not use your date of birth or name.
Log in from your own device only
Do not log in from a shared computer or public Wi-Fi. Use only your personal phone and a secure network.
Do not share with others
Never share your username and password with friends, family, or anyone else — including staff. apt789 staff will never ask for your password.
Change your password regularly
You should change your password once every three to six months. Do not use the same password across multiple platforms.
Watch out for phishing
The official apt789 URL is apt789.mom only. If you are asked to fill in a form from a different URL, be cautious and do not submit it.
Check after logging in
After signing in, check your balance and recent activity. If you see any activity you don't recognise, contact us immediately.
