These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between players ("you" or "user") who use the apt789 platform ("Service") and apt789 ("platform", "we").

2.4 Accuracy of Information

3.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit at apt789 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks for all methods. Deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only.

3.2 Withdrawal Limits

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The apt789 welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount × 10 — at least 200,000 Ks — before you can withdraw.

If you deposit 1,020,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,520,000 Ks. You must complete wagering of 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks in full before you are eligible to withdraw.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is considered to have its own specific bonus conditions.
• Bonuses must be used within the set time after depositing. They cannot be recovered once expired.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash. Only winnings generated from a bonus may be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.
• If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited, and only your original deposit amount can be withdrawn.
• If bonus abuse is detected, apt789 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

4.3 Referral Program

Under the referral program, the referrer receives 5% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks. In addition, you can earn a weekly commission of 0.3% of your referred players' qualifying wagers.

5.1 Fair Play

Games on the apt789 platform use SSL encryption and are verified with fair play technology (RNG). Players are not permitted to publish or share the platform's game-related verification data.

5.2 Prohibited Actions

Using software or automated tools (bots) to play, arbitrage betting, intentionally abusing bonuses, and any activity intended to damage the platform are all strictly prohibited.

If these rules are violated, the account will be immediately closed and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.3 Game Decisions
